Digital photos and videos are delivered via secure download links or cloud storage within 10–20 business days following the event or final client selection.
Production Time: Customized albums, frames, and prints require 7–14 business days for design and printing after client approval.
Shipping Duration: Once dispatched, local deliveries typically arrive within 2–4 business days, while domestic shipping across India takes 5–10 business days.
Shipping Charges: Delivery fees are calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination, unless specified as included in a service package.
A tracking number will be provided via email or WhatsApp once physical goods are handed over to our courier partners.
In the event of physical damage during transit, please notify us at uniquephotosblgm@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence to arrange a replacement.
For on-site photography services, "shipping" does not apply. Travel to event locations is coordinated separately as per the service contract.
