Production begins only after client approval of digital proofs. Please ensure all details are correct before giving your final approval.
We provide a comprehensive warranty against manufacturing defects. If a frame structure is compromised or a print displays mechanical errors from our studio, we offer a 100% free replacement.
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt at our Belagavi studio or via digital notification with supporting evidence.
Orders can only be cancelled before they enter the production phase. Since most of our products are customized, once the design/printing process has started, cancellations are not possible.
